Orville Shane D'Silva is a highly motivated and hardworking Frontend Developer with over 3 years of experience in the industry. With a Master's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Mobile Application Development, Orville is passionate about creating distinctive user experiences for the masses. Currently working at Blackmagic Design as a Frontend Developer, Orville is responsible for designing and implementing new applications, platforms, and systems in line with the company's development goals. He also resolves complex technical design issues and assists colleagues in other teams with resolving bugs and issues. Orville is a team leader and manages multiple project teams, providing project and task progression, and issues to the Project Lead. Orville's experience also includes working as a Software Developer at Cyqiq, where he was the first point of contact and mentor for all interns. He led version control efforts by employing Git and Bitbucket and carefully documented technical workflows and knowledge in a private wiki for the education of newly hired employees.
